Invited competition proposal scheme.

In collaboration with Wimshurst Pelleriti

OTO was invited to collaborate with Wimshurst Pelleriti to propose BPL Global new office interior design in The Scalpel building in the City of London.

The workspaces are a business tool. An office environment reflects and reinforces a business’s core values, through the functions and design elements that reflect culture, brand and values.

The recent scientific research shows that Well-being is one of the key factors to increase productivity, profitability and reduce errors. This proposal scheme is facilitating physical, physiological and psychological Well-being, as well as maximising energy efficiency, flexibility, visibility, human capital, and enhancing natural light, fresh air, thermal comfort.
